Avril Records A Christmas Song
Avril and fellow Canadian Chantal Kreviazuk have
recorded "O Holy Night" for the upcoming holiday album Maybe This Christmas, Too. Other tracks slated for the album,
due November 14, includes the Used's "Alone This Holiday," the Flaming Lips' "Winter Wonderland," Guster's "Donde Esta Santa
Claus?," Badly Drawn Boy's "Donna & Blitzen," the Polyphonic Spree's "Winter Wonderslumber," and Eisley's "The Winter
Song."
Avril took the top prize on a recent CBBC Newsround poll, which asked readers which female and male star were the coolest. Avril took an amazing fifth of all total votes.
